Created specifically for use with the CSS-WeldSensor in a range of welding applications. OST-QuickFind and OST-QuickTrack software packages enable automatic weld path correction, providing full compensation for:

Component variation
Assembly tolerances
Component distortion

OST-QuickFind is a seam (weld prep.) detection program, providing fast accurate location of seams for robot guidance in automated welding cells. The true location of the seam is measured, at either one or multiple points, prior to welding allowing the robot’s weld path to be modified to suit individual components.

OST-QuickTrack includes all the benefits of OST-QuickFind plus the ability to guide a robot or manipulator in whilst welding, allowing real time correction of weld path, compensation for component distortion and optimisation of welding parameters.

OST-QuickFind and OST-QuickTrack are fully compatible with the majority of industrial robots and manipulator systems.
