Service contracts ensure regular inspection of OST equipment when necessary consumable items will be replaced and systems re-calibrated.Service contracts are tailored to individual customer requirements and provide a cost effective method of keeping a system in the best overall condition.
Training Courses
To guarantee the best performance from any system both operators and maintenance personnel must be comfortable with the equipment being used.Training builds confidence and allows staff to be fully conversant with the operation and routine maintenance of OST equipment. Training courses can be held onsite or at OST's offices in Oxfordshire and cover:

- Operation of the software
- Equipment set-up
- Basic faultfinding and problem rectification
