Vehicle Glazing

Fast, accurate and completely unaffected by vehicle colour. SRS-VisionSensors precisely locate the aperture into which the glass will fit, allowing the robot the accurately fit the glass every time.

Component centering

An OST-Inviso system can provide accurate centering of vehicle glass or other components without the need for costly, dedicated centring fixtures. Either the edges of the component or features on the component can be used


PU bead monitoring /Primer detection

Guarantee the presence of primer on the glass before applying the PU.
Ensure the integrity of the PU (Polyurethane) bead either as it is applied or as a post-application inspection.


Welding

A CSS-WeldSensor system will automatically locate the true seam location, correct the position of welds and allow optimization of weld parameters—improving weld quality and reducing rework.
