	Seam (weld prep.) Location The CSS-WeldSensor and OST-QuickFind software provide a rapid accurate method of locating the true position of a seam prior to welding. Single or multiple measurements can be made and the information used to correct the robot path and weld parameters to suit each individual component
	Seam Tracking Seam tracking enables automatic correction of the weld path and weld parameters in real time while welding, providing automatic compensation for component tolerances, assembly variations and thermal distortion.
	Corner Location A unique feature of the CSS-WeldSensor is its ability to accurately locate corners in a single measurement, reducing cycle time and improving accuracy.
	Torch offset correction The OST-WireFinder provides a fast precise method of measuring the actual position that welding wire leaves the torch. Providing automatic correction for torch distortion, contact tip wear, small collisions and errors in torch changer repeatability.
	Manipulators / Non-robotic welding OST-QuickSlide uses motorised slides to maintain the position of the torch relative to the seam while welding. OST supplies complete solutions and systems for use with existing manipulators.
